"No offer of tea, neither midmorning nor midafternoon"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

I requested a cup of tea midmorning from a staff member on the surgical ward.  The response was that a girl serves tea at midday, and that's it.

Please, oh please bring back tea.

There's nothing more therapeutic for ill patients. Pretty please.

Thank you for posting about your experience in Craigavon Area Hospital we do welcome all feedback to help us improve the service we offer.

I want to offer an apology for the care you experienced during your recent visit when you asked for a cup of tea. To help me investigate this further, could you tell me which Surgical Ward you were a patient on?
