About: NHS Forth Valley / Covid 19 Vaccination Programme Outpatients Centre

(as the patient),

I went for my flu jab to be asked by the person doing it was I eligible to get it. I replied my husband and I wouldn’t be here otherwise. Their whole demeanour actually took me aback as I too work with the public, I wasn’t impressed at all, no hello, how are how you feeling; jab into my arm and my husband then told don’t drive for 15 mins.

When I normally go for flu/covid jab the staff are chatty and nice and actually care.
