"Equally gentle and and efficient"

I attended the Day Surgery Unit at Craigavon for a colonoscopy.

It was a stress free experience due to the attentiveness of the nursing staff and the surgeon performing the procedure.

Linda and Smita made me feel relaxed with their softness and the professionalism. 

Andrea  inserted the cannula in my arm without me feeling the  slightest discomfort- best yet out of the multiple vein insertions of these past months.

The two surgeons, Mr Cunningham and Mr Hewitt, were equally gentle and and efficient in their administering the procedure and the explanation of the results.

I came home feeling that I had visited a Grade A Spa.

PS My wife was assisted by the receptionist in navigating her way to the cafe to await my discharge. I don't know the lady's name but she exuded care.

Well done to our NHS for providing these people and for the excellent facilities that they work in.
