"All I can say is thank you"

All I can say is thank you. You were there at a time I didn't quite know what to do, despite working in the service! I had someone to talk to about my concerns and how I was feeling. Tracy was my support and she was brilliant, making appointments which were best for me, meeting in places where it was much more relaxed. You helped me make a care plan which I can look at to know what to do. I can only say this is a fantastic group and well done and keep up the fabulous work
