"Made me feel supported, listened to, and cared for"

My midwife (Jade) was nothing short of exceptional and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the very beginning, she made me feel supported, listened to, and genuinely cared for. Her reassuring manner helped me through my pregnancy, and her knowledge and confidence gave me so much peace of mind. At a time when UK maternity services are under so much scrutiny, her professionalism, compassion, and dedication stood out even more. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, and I’m so grateful for her kindness, patience, and respect she showed me throughout my journey. I didn’t get a chance to properly thank Jade so I wanted to take the time to write this to show my appreciation.
