"Felt like I was given the very best care every time"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I had a melanoma removed 6moths ago and was attending RVH Level5 Dermatology for a review. The Dr gave me a full check over and didn't like the appearance of a mole on my leg. The Dr was was thorough, respectful and informative explaining everything and providing advice. She recommended removing the mole and I was handed over to Nurses (Emma & Jens). They were fantastic, professional, competent, courteous and reassuring. I am not good with medical procedures and they did everything to make me comfortable and put me at ease.

Everyone in the clinic is lovely. I was seen promptly and felt like I was given the very best care every time I have attended.
