Admitted to interventional radiology VHK for ultrasound/biopsies.
Staff were so kind, friendly, put me at ease from very second arrived and spoke to receptionist.
Throughout the whole day, was informed every step of the way what to expect, what would happen. Felt totally involved and helped put my mind at ease.
Nurses, staff, doctors all kind and caring.
