I had to get thyroid and diabetic bloods take. When I arrived there had been a mix up.
The lovely Janice who was taking the bloods helped me with getting everything sorted out and once it was , and she took the bloods, it was the easiest and best experience I have had in quite some time.
Janice was lovely, supportive and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
