"Recent surgery"

I had a hysteroscopy in Nov 2025. As someone with Long Covid/CFS and severe osteoarthritis I was dreading the procedure and how long it would take for me to recover from a General Anesthetic. I requested a spinal anaesthetic instead which Dr Mel was truly excited to provide. Watching surgeon Louise at work was fascinating if a bit hazy due to the sedative. Recovery was eased by a chat about books and dyslexia. Nurse karen was simply amazing, if slightly bossy, in a fab way throughout the day offering reassurrance and toast when appropriate. Thank you so much to the entire team that looked after me that day. You care, professionalism and efficiency were so appreciated by me and no doubt others that day. Thank You All xxxxx
