"Support with Hepatitis C, from diagnosis to treatment"

I was diagnosed with Hepatitis C and the P2P team came out to me and did all the tests and processes needed really quickly.

This resulted in me being on treatment within 3 weeks of being diagnosed.

The P2P team came to me to drop my medication off along with someone that has had treatment before - listening to their experience was really helpful.

I cannot thank the team enough for the support they have given me.

Everything was done so efficiently and with care.

I really cannot express my gratitude enough.

I am just waiting for a blood test to see if my treatment has worked
