"Care throughout my Son's hearing Journey"

My son underwent bilateral cochlear implant Surgery at RVH on 2023 and since then he is being seen at Auditory Implant centre. All the staffs are amazing especially Mandy Audiology Scientist, she is working with him since very beginning and she is very kind and compassionate to him and she makes him comfortable and settled during his hearing test. Her care was exceptional, marked by kindness, attentiveness, and deep respect. She is very professional and she is a credit to her profession and to the implant centre.

Also big thanks to Mina, Andrea and other speech and Language therapists, Audiologists and reception staffs, all are amazing and a great team to support and help his hearing journey.
