"Treated badly"

I was admitted with a serious infection and gallstones. I was treated badly from the start, days of medication being missed, nurses talking out loud about difficult patients. I feel this alone is very unprofessional. I asked to see a mental health professional however no one was ever available. I ended up self discharging even though I needed care. My partner had to come every day to make sure my bed was changed. My experience of this hospital was awful, I dread the day I have to go back and after I will avoid at all costs.
