"I had a very positive experience"

I was referred to the breast clinic from my GP.

I did not have to wait too long to receive my appointment and once I was there I had a very positive experience.

Every member of staff I encountered treated me with kindness.  I had to have a few investigations carried out and they were all explained to me and I felt safe at all times during my appointment.  

I received my results quickly and good communication was evident throughout my experience.
