(as a parent/guardian),

Myself and my 6 year old daughter attended perth CTAC for a blood test that she required. On arrival, Ruth came to collect us from reception, she was lovely. She introduced herself to us both and took us to the treatment room. Cathy was there and Introduced herself to us both. Both Ruth and Cathy took time speaking with my daughter to build trust before the blood test. They worked great together as a team, gave her lots of reassurance and managed to obtain the blood sample without causing any distress. My daughter was so calm and relaxed thanks to Ruth and Cathy, she especially loved her certificate she got for being so brave. Thank you both for being so amazing!

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback following your Daughter's recent appointment with our Service

I am delighted that your daughter was made to feel at ease during her appointment and hope that she displays her certificate proudly to show everyone how brave she was.

As Paediatric phlebotomy is new to our Service, any feedback is gratefully received, and thank you again for providing such lovely comments, I will be sure to pass these on to Ruth and Cathy and also the rest of the Team.
