"Sympathetic and caring staff"

I contracted an STI, even though I practiced safe sex, I felt a bit overwhelmed with the situation of not knowing what to expect from my test results and really nervous.

I am a private person and would like to think I'm careful in the bedroom department ,so this was quite upsetting for me to find out the results, but with a very good team of health care advisors, and all the staff at Stafford clinic I didn't feel ashamed or embarrassed, it was a lot less daunting than I initially thought it was going to be.

The results came back quickly and I was advised on my next steps of treatment, I feel able to breathe again now just knowing that I am in treatment and the STI can be treated quite well, unless you have other factors affecting the use of some courses of treatment, in which I have, but a solution was discussed and I am happy for this treatment plan to progress onto the next stage.

All in all I'm very happy with the support and guidance I have received, Many thanks to the really good team who work at Stafford clinic, you really made me feel human and to feel worthy, no stigmas attached, just all round sympathetic and caring staff is what I experienced.
