I am a carer for my Mum who has cognitive impairment, awaiting a hip replacement and has continence difficulties, I have now accompanied my Mum to an initial assessment then follow up review.
My mum and myself felt the information and services provided have been of the highest standard
The continence nurse was welcoming and tailored appointment to incorporate mums cognitive impairment and made sure mum had a good understanding of information provided. Management and products to be provided. Allowed myself as a carer to be involved in reviews and also tailored appointment times to last review times so carer had to take minimal time off work
"Services provided have been of the highest standard"
