"My son’s visit to Blossom"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom (Paediatric Outpatient dept)

(as a service user),

We had a great experience. The receptionist was polite and helpful.  HCA Tracey took my son’s height and weight and Nuala performed the echo. 

We spent most time on this part of the appointment and Nuala was really excellent - she spoke to my son to reassure him and distract and explained everything that was going to happen in advance. 

The waiting area was clean and uncluttered with only a few toys. Overall we were very impressed. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback about your recent visit to Blossom. I'm happy to hear that our receptionist was polite and helpful, I will pass this on to her. Also to Tracy, they will both be delighted to hear that you mentioned them.

It's great to hear that Nuala was able to reassure and distract your son and I hope that her explanations made his visit less stressful.

I'm pleased to hear that our wating area was clean and uncluttered, in Blossom we aim to have a high standard of cleanliness.
