"Vending machine in the Children's A&E"

About: King's Mill Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a service user),

A new vending machine displaying fizzy drinks has been installed in the King Mills Hospital' Children's A&E waiting area. There are multiple issues with this recent instalment:

- Blocking walkways especially for pushchairs and wheelchairs. It has reduced accessibility.

- Blocking the view of the children's play area, reducing seats from which parents can safely watch their children play.

- Increasing visibility of and access to incredibly unhealthy drinks, something which the NHS should be helping reduce as much as possible, especially for children.

I believe it should be removed.
