I had a severe stroke and after being discharged from hospital this wonderful team continued my rehabilitation in the comfort of my own home. I was seen by physiotherapists, occupational therapists etc. several times a week. I don’t know what I would have done without them. They were all so caring and compassionate and I really appreciate the support they provided. I feel I improved a lot under their guidance. From having very limited movement in my arm I am now able to stretch my arm in the air, something I thought I would never achieve.. my mobility has improved and hopefully with further training will continue to do so. To be able to do all this in your own house made me feel comfortable and confident. I cannot thank them enough. If I may I would like to mention in particular, Katie,Simone,Juliet and Robyn.they have all been so encouraging and did their job with a smile on their faces. They all worked together to create exercises to continue my progress and make sure that I was safe and relaxed in my house. Thank you all for everything that you have done for me.and my wife. They also did so much to reassure my wife and family with their knowledge and calming influence.
