About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

I recently experienced extreme shortness of breath with trembling hands and following an Asthma action plan called 999. The paramedics who attended at my home in Hamilton treated me with professionalism, courtesy and respect.  They did everything they could to reassure me whilst carrying out a series of health checks. I did not get their names but did get their ID numbers.
