(as the patient),

Popped along for my flu jab today at Clacks Community Health Centre. The whole process was so efficient from booking online to check in and administration. Laura did the deed: a lovely, smiling, gentle lady. 

I was very pleased that they realised I wasn't over 65 and asked about underlying conditions! Lol.
