"Rushed appointments"

I feel there was a failure to meet needs: received HTT service following A&E due to mental health breakdown and psychosis. The HTT appointments that followed were rushed, 10-15 minute appointments. There was no support received on specific symptom management i.e., ongoing dissociation, loss of control. Simply received various handouts, of which the content was not worked through with a staff member nor relevant to symptoms being experienced.
