"How I made the decision to have a baby"

About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as the patient),

I and my husband made the decision to try having a baby and I booked an appointment with the clinic to take out my contraceptive implant. I was quite nervous as I didn't know how the experience was going to be. It turned out very and awesomely pleasant from my husband supporting and following me to my appointment to the two beautiful and wonderful Nurses who handled my appointment, Nurse Liz and her partner ( I am sorry I didn't catch her name). It was so relaxing and a very enjoyable moment that I didn't know when Liz had taken it out. I want to say that carried out their jobs in the most professional, friendly and welcoming manner. I appreciate and commend a job weldone. To Liz and her partner, I hope to show you my baby or babies as we hope for someday. Thank you and keep u with the good work.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post such a positive response to your visit here at Devon Sexual Health. We do take every care to support our patients going through, that we appreciate, can be very sensitive examinations and treatments.

Your kindness when referring to the care you received from our '' beautiful and wonderful Nurses '', of which we have an abundance of, was really touching and that the procedure was painless must have been a welcome surprise.
