"Treatment at Causeway Hospital"

About: Causeway Hospital / Accident & Emergency Causeway Hospital / Surgical 1

(as the patient),

Having suffered with infected sebaceous cysts in  a very painful place, on the advice of my GP I went to Causeway Hospital it was fairly quiet in A& E. Triaged within an hour then sat waiting for a Dr. After an hour called through to another waiting area by a Female nurse who moved extremely fast ( no name given). After a short wait I met Dr Natasha who is as fantastic.

She referred me to the Surgical Team Dr Josh & his Senior Registrar, both of whom treated me extremely well, we're very patient and kind. They performed a minor surgical procedure keeping me fully informed at every stage, dressed the wound so as to minimise any leakage and provided full instructions bas to what to do if any problems.

This afternoon I went to Surgical 1 where once again treated very well ,this time seen by Dr Khan, the wound redressed by Sister. If there was 1 criticism it would be identification  exactly what level the Nurses were, as I believe I significantly promoted one Nurse and demoted another as couldn't identify their Band..
