About: Specialist Nursing Services / Specialist Continence Service (South)

(as the patient),

I saw Vanessa who was so professional but also friendly and kind. My GP had sent me to Incontinence clinic but I should have been referred to gynae instead so Vanessa was able to refer me on.

However, I do still have a small incontinence problem and Vanessa helped me with this

Also the appointment was for 1.30 pm and I went in at 1.30 pm

I felt very well cared for and looked after.
