"Faultless care and attention"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Greeted by cheerful, friendly receptionist who immediately put me at ease. Details taken and checked, I was invited to take a seat in the reception area.

Contacted fairly rapidly (15 mins) by nurse and taken to her station for further detail checking and short enquiry regarding allergies etc..

After a short wait taken to recovery room for procedure briefing.

Escorted to procedure theatre and greeted by friendly consultant, operator and nurse.

Procedure performed whilst receiving comforting information and assurance throughout.

After procedure returned to recovery room where care and attention continued to discharge.

Faultless care and attention- I think they know a coward dies a thousand deaths.
