"Very appreciative of how nice the team are!!"

I went to get an implant fitted, then did and STI test. 2 days later I received a call saying I had tested positive for chlamydia and needed to go for a walk in appointment. I got given tablets to treat the STI and was given a leaflet about what chlamydia is they was very good at explaining what it is and made me feel normal about having it since it’s a common STI. They make sure you feel empowered and not ashamed or embarrassed about having this. I left feeling the same version of myself and are very appreciative of how nice the team are!!
