(as the patient),

Twice I've recently had to visit the RDE - firstly A&E and radiography for x ray, then to see Plastic Surgery for a new splint.

Each time the staff have been wonderful with their approach and professionalism. Waiting time in A&E was good with a two hour complete turnaround and my most recent appointment was carried out on time.

Thank you to everyone who I saw, you were all wonderful.
