Paul came to visit me for some exercises, equipment and advice. I found the service Paul gave me has been very very good. Although I havent been doing the exercises very long I have found them beneficial already. I can feel I'm becoming more supple.
I felt Paul explained the exercises very well and also given me some good advice on my troublesome toe and has been good enough to order a seat for my toilet.
