"I couldn’t have asked for better care"

To the Exceptional Team of Hollybank Ward,  Cannock Hospital Mr Dillon, and his team of Staff Nurses (especially Katrina),

I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding care I received during my recent procedure. From the moment I arrived, the staff nurses greeted us warmly, were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional.

A special shout-out to the young nurse, Katrina, who talked me through every step of the procedure with patience and clarity. She even offered me a cup of tea and toast,  for breakfast as I thought it was nil by mouth.  That  kindness meant the world to me.

Mr Dillon’s team were absolutely amazing – I couldn’t have asked for better care. They also took the time to explain the procedure under local anaesthetic, shared details about his and my lifestyle to put me at ease, and his team was incredibly supportive and friendly throughout.

Your team truly went above and beyond. People like you are the backbone of the NHS and deserve all the praise. Thank you for your 100%  care.
