"They made me feel safe and they were funny"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a service user),

I came in to the children’s ward for a food challenge as I have an egg allergy. Jackie welcomed me in and I also had Marion come in too. They made me feel safe and they were funny. They gave me the food on spoons and Jackie called me a Diva 🤣. Overall they were lovely.

Dear statusjp56

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us after coming into our unit to have a food challenge. This can be quite scary for people so it is lovely to read that the nurses were a good support to you, made you laugh and made you feel safe. 🙂.

I will share this lovely feedback with Jackie and Marion, it will make them really happy!

Thanks again
