Following a fall at home an ambulance was required to assess my elderly grandparent.  The ambulance and team arrived around 1 hour after the call and the care received from the team Carrie and Simon was excellent.  They worked efficiently, communicated exactly what was required and talked myself and my grandmother through each step of their process.  They both considered my grandmothers needs, and respectfully gathered the information needed to make informed decisions.  Communication and care was dementia friendly and they clearly considered how the experience could be made easier for her throughout.  Thank you both for a good experience, under the pressure of what I’m sure was a busy shift for you both.
