"My Experience"

Very good experience,,I was completely listened to by every member of staff.

Shown around the ward everything explained fully explained made to feel welcomed and not instistunalised.

Any questions i asked were answered.

My rights fully explained and within 2 days everything put in place and people reached out to for all legal help.

Warm friendly environment with friendly caring devoted patient staff that genuinely want to help those poorly patients in what can sometimes be testing stressful situations and scenarios.

The continuous ongoing support for each individual patient for their needs,,their close monitoring.

I myself felt safe,listened to,was understood, my rights adhered to,fully supported and that i will indeed receive the correct care once upon release back to my own home that I am protected and kept safe.

May I thank the the team in Osprey @Swallownest Court and indeed all involved. A massive thank you..your support, listening and care has meant so much and is appreciated during my stay with you xx
