"Great access to services as always"

About: Maternity care (wards 68, 72 &73) / Maternity Assessment/Triage

(as a service user),

I contacted PRM this morning after failing to reach OOH / 111 with symptoms suggestive of a UTI in pregnancy.

By the time I spoke to midwife staff at PRM I was getting more anxious, they were supportive and kind and agreed to review me. I was seen by all lovely staff who thoroughly assessed my situation and made a plan going forward, I was confident in the SPR’s plan.

I have contacted maternity assessment at the PRM several times this pregnancy and expierenced the same reception from all staff. I am very grateful to the Princess Royal Maternity for my care and never feel like a bother to them.

Dear Chaqm48,

Thank you for posting on Care Opinion. It is great to hear you were promptly seen by Maternity Triage and a plan was made. I will share this with the staff. I hope you start to feel better soon.

Best Wishes,
