"Incredible care and support"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Accident & Emergency Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Clinical haematology Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Renal Medicine Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a service user),

I was admitted to RIE with what turned out to be streptococcus cellulitis.

From my GP making the call for the Ambulance, to the paramedics who attended, to the A&E staff, the amazing team on the critical care ward and the staff of Wards 215 and 206, I have nothing but gratitude and respect for their incredible care and support. Now in the care of Hospital at Home we are extremely grateful to the NHS for everything they have provided.

On behalf of the teams at RIE thank you for this feedback. I am pleased we were able to help during what sounds a very stressful and frightening time for you.

I hope you continue to get well soon.

Thanks again.

michelle
