My brother and husband are both over looked in the system to receive appointment for the winter vaccines every year. This has been an ongoing issue since Covid vaccine appointments were introduced, due to an error in our GPs system.
Both have health issues to support having the vaccines.
We make an appointment independently but don't feel we should have to do this.
