"Dizziness Clinic Visit"

I had an appointment with Mr Subrahmanyam, ENT Surgeon Associate in his Dizziness Clinic. Mr Subrahmanyam and his Nursing Assistant were both extremely kind and welcoming. They both put me at my ease straight away because they treated me with respect and really listened to me! The tests that I was asked to undertake were kindly and patiently given and I felt safe and secure throughout my appointment. Mr Subrahmanyam explained my situation and went through his action points thoroughly and so I could clearly understand. His nursing assistant (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) was very genuinely caring, kind and personable. She was so helpful to me and had a lovely warm smile. I was also very impressed how quickly my clinic letter was done and despatched. Overall an excellent experience. PALS or whoever officially in the hospital reads this, please pass on mine and my husband's deepest thanks for being thorough, kind and helpful. Thank you.
