"Mums care restored faith in humanity"

About: Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Physical Health / District Nursing Team: Newcastle

(as a carer),

The care that Mum received from the community respiratory matron team over the past 3 years, has been so heart felt it has restored my faith back in humanity I've never before seen people like Louise, Molick, Georgia. Have the time, patience or empathy in such abundance.

No problem was too small there was always time. Things that where promised were done, there, then and arrived on time. Liasing with other services on our behalf, in such a way that phone calls followed within hours or the following morning.

Medications, equipment, referrals and much much more these people of the NHS  service are now retiring and are not being replaced, some coming back to keep the service running.

This is an absolute travesty, an injustice of the price paid by the generations gone before These Matron need Promotions. I say golden Halo Medals, and made Dames they honestly Definitely Deserve everything that they can get even if it's only help from the NHS to give them some trainees so more can get more help just like my Mum.

Thank you Louise.

All my heart felt love
