About: Community Health and Primary Care Services / NHS Tayside GP Out of Hours Service NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a service user),

We were referred to Kings Cross by NHS 24 when my husband was suffering from severe constipation. Both services were excellent. Feel so lucky to have them. Saw a lovely sympathetic Doctor Caitlin who gave my husband something to solve the problem. Many thanks to all concerned.

Sorry to hear about your husband's symptoms and needing to phone NHS24.

I am very pleased however to hear about your positive experience with both NHS24 and the GP Out of Hours Service at Kings Cross. I am delighted you were looked after so well by Dr Caitlin and that your husband felt well cared for.

I was sorry to hear that you had to contact 111 due to your husband experiencing severe constipation. However, I am delighted to hear about the positive patient journey your husband experienced and that NHS 24 played a part in your journey. From the initial call to the 111 service to the care your husband received whilst in Kings Cross, it's wonderful to know that you feel provided health services were excellent.
