I struggled for many years with toenail fungus. I finally found the courage to address the issue with a gp. I thought I was put through just to discuss the issue with a podiatrist but was pleasantly shocked to find it was for procedural assessment. I spoke with Chloe who seemed very knowledgeable about the procedure and explained it to me very clearly. Four weeks or so later I was in again for removal of the nail. Chloe was there again along with a colleague (I think her name was Linda) who also explained what was going to happen. They were very pleasant and appeared interested in my lip flapping. The aftercare was complete and clear. I have changed the dressing as instructed, and have yet to feel any significant pain or discomfort. They were both very professional and I found them enormously pleasant and comforting. I commend them for my procedure.
