I had a Gastroscopy this morning. Shona and all the staff were excellent, fully explained the procedure and what to expect during and afterwards, putting me at ease with a friendly professional touch. Fast and efficient with a smile, completed procedure in no time and away with my report! Well done to all the staff, great service.
