I attended LVH UCC after becoming unwell. I phoned in the morning and got an appointment that afternoon. I was triaged quickly and professionally and seen by a doctor shortly after. I was informed about my investigations and treatment plan. When my investigations came back, I was given treatment promptly and informed that an admission would be required. My consent was sought through all this and I was at the center of all my treatment plans. When I got to the ward, all staff have been exceptional. Staff have gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and have addressed any changes in my care needs quickly and professionally. Staff have always put patient-centered care, empathy, and compassion at the forefront of their minds. Although I am still in the hospital, I have absolutely no doubt that I am receiving top-quality care. From domestic support staff, kitchen staff, porters nurses and doctors they are a credit to their registered bodies, the South Eastern Trust, and the NHS.
"Positive Experience."
