Sophie is a true angel to walk this earth. After a very difficult time postpartum I was referred to perinatal services and began therapy with Sophie. She never made me feel silly, she felt me justify my thoughts and feelings and learn new ways to cope. She never gave up on me even when I wanted to give up on myself, she truly cared and made me felt heard. I was never rushed and honestly enjoyed my weekly sessions with her.
She is a credit to the NHS. I am feeling so bittersweet about finishing therapy knowing I have the skills to continue my healing journey alone but I am so sad to be leaving Sophie who has felt like a friend to me through the darkest months in my life. Thank you for giving me my life back Sophie. I’ll never forget what you have done for me x
