"Helped me see how things can change for the better"

(as the patient),

I came into A&E about my mental health and the thoughts I was having and I thought that there was no way out. After being able to speak with Chris from the crisis team he helped me see how things can change for the better and there is a way out of feeling like this every day, it has helped me a lot and I am very grateful.
