"Staff were very friendly and helpful"

Recently I was admitted into Grantham hospital for a repair procedure. I was checked in promptly and shown to my bed. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It was my first operation so I was a little apprehensive, but the staff made me feel relaxed. On going to the theatre waiting area there was a short delay. I was kept informed of what was occurring all the time. Again the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thankfully the operation went well and I feel I was in the best hospital. I really cannot thank all involved enough and I feel lucky and grateful to have been admitted there. Thank you everyone.
