"Service was super quick"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as the patient),

Called NHS 24 due to no luck getting an appointment with GP for a UTI. Service was amazing. Advisor on the phone was lovely, passed my call to a nurse who quickly picked up where she left off. Questions were thorough and managed to confirm concern of a UTI. Service was super quick and I had antibiotics ready for collection 1.5 hours later.

I was sorry to hear that you had to contact 111 due to having a UTI, but I am absolutely delighted to hear about the positive patient journey you experienced. It’s wonderful to know that NHS 24 was able to play a part in your journey, from your initial call to receiving antibiotics shortly after.
