It was fantastic to sit with a health professional who had taken the time prior to our appointment, to look at my Mums complex medical background and be well informed and prepared for our visit. My parents and I all felt very reassured by how thorough Steve was, he left no stone unturned when gathering as much information as he could from us all about how Mum manages different aspects of daily life. He gave excellent advice and has put in place follow up care which again sounds really positive and supportive.
