"I was very impressed"

I recently went to the Omagh Acute Hospital for a Colonoscopy appointment.

I wanted to say that I was very impressed with the reception staff when I went into the department. Then the next person I met was the Admissions girl, Claire, and she was amazing. In the procedure room, they were very nice to me, made me very calm and explained everything well. The procedure was done by Caitlin Mullan, she was very good, explained everything before and after the procedure. Moving onto the recovery room, I met there with Joanne and Catherine, and they were very nice and patient with me.
