Appointment at Wishaw General day surgery.

The staff and care were incredible. I was nervous but Nurse Kirsty welcomed me and introduced herself and made me comfortable. Mr Shallis spent time speaking to me prior to the procedure putting my mind and rest and answering all questions, it never felt rushed. The anaesthetic team was great, from the nurse that wheeled me in and offered to let me squeeze his hand to the anaesthetists who had a chat with me and a bit of humour, and really put my mind at ease (I wish I remembered both of your names).

Susan was the lovely nurse who looked after me post procedure, her care, kindness and professionalism was incredible, plus she made the best cup of tea. I can’t thank you all enough.
