Really good experience. Made an appointment through NHS24, got seen quickly and efficiently. All three staff members I interacted with were nice and helpful.

I was sorry to learn you had cause to contact the 111 service, however it is great to hear that your onward care was arranged and you were provided an appointment to be seen by your local Health Board.
